I am a B.A.C.P. (British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy) registered and accredited counsellor, based in Whitchurch Shropshire. I have 20 years of counselling experience, both previously in the NHS as well as Private Practice.

My counselling training is psychodynamic; however, I have had many other training influences so my approach is eclectic, enabling me to cover a wide range of issues, in a safe, calm and non-judgemental environment, where you feel supported and heard. I believe that confidentiality is at the core of my ethical and empathic practice for individuals and couples.
